Jackson Minor, the owner of Minor’s Property Maintenance LLC, is dedicated to ensuring your property looks its best. Elijah
Elijah is someone who thrives on both skill and passion. Whether he’s out in the woods hunting, in the shop welding, or on the court playing basketball, he gives everything his full effort. He enjoys the focus and patience that hunting requires, the precision and craftsmanship of welding, and the energy and competition of the game. He also enjoys operating equipment and being meticulous. Sometimes this involves plowing the driveway, using the tractor to assist with cutting wood, excavating, or smaller equipment such as a zero turn mower. Similar to Lincoln, Elijah also enjoys working on his truck and making it look more attractive. Elijah is driven, hands-on, and always looking to improve—someone who isn’t afraid to work hard and chase what he enjoys.
Laborer
Lincoln (Jacksons brother) is a very work driven individual. Lincoln loves being busy. He’s always enjoyed landscaping and grew to enjoy it more after Jackson started the business. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him outdoors—whether it’s hunting at sunrise or casting a line out on the water, he enjoys the peace and focus that come with nature. Lincoln also has a deep appreciation for his truck, which isn’t just a vehicle to him—it’s a symbol of freedom, hard work, and the lifestyle he loves. In the winter Lincoln enjoys the night shift when’s it’s required. When landscaping work slows down, in the winter, he works cleaning and maintaining interior facilities.

Justin is a proud Vermonter who feels most at home in the outdoors. He loves hiking through the mountains and spending nights camping under the open sky, always chasing the next adventure. When he’s not out on the trail, Justin is on the court playing basketball at Cedarville university, where he brings the same determination and energy to the game as he does to everything else. Grounded, active, and driven, he balances his love for nature with his commitment to his team and his growth as an athlete. Justin loves to work outside whether its landscaping, other property work, practicing basketball, or helping where its needed.

Eric is a hands-on, outdoors-oriented guy who thrives on action and craftsmanship. Whether he’s out hunting at dawn, tearing through trails on his dirt bike, or out on the water enjoying a boat ride, he’s always chasing the next adventure. In the garage, Eric is in his element—welding, fixing vehicles, and bringing machines back to life with skill and patience. He has a deep appreciation for cars and anything with an engine, always ready to tinker or take a drive.
At his core, Eric is a dedicated family man who values time spent with loved ones above all else. He also enjoys the company of a solid group of friends, sharing laughs, stories, and good times whenever he can. Reliable, hardworking, and down-to-earth, Eric lives a life built on passion, loyalty, and the simple joys of doing what he loves. Eric enjoys property maintenance and admiring the work. One of Erics favorite landscaping services is pond cleaning and pond upgrading.
Eric also owns his own business called Eric’s Services where he offers a wide array of services. One of Erics specialties is trailer repair. Minor’s Property Maintenance has utilized Eric to custom design a leaf removal, vacuum stand for a landscaping dump trailer.
